Tatsuhiko Hoshina is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Millennium Re Ltd. He joined Tokio Marine Nichido in April 1986. Together with Shin-ichiro Okada, he is the cofounder of Tokio Millennium Re Ltd.

He has over 20 years of experience in the field of reinsurance and portfolio management of the Tokio Marine Nichido Group. He joined Tokio Marine Nichido in 1986 as an International Casualty Reinsurance Underwriter. In 1991, he was transferred to the Group's reinsurance operation in London and became the first Japanese underwriter in the London market. Upon returning to Tokyo in 1995, he was in charge of risk management and purchased outward reinsurance protection for the group.

Hoshina received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University, Japan in 1986 and a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University in 2005.
