Kathleen Faries joined Tokio Millennium Re in 2007 as Vice President in charge of Market Solutions. The Market Solutions division provides transformer services to capital markets involved in the insurance linked securities arena. Kathleen is also responsible for pricing and underwriting Tokio Millennium Re’s industry loss warranty and cat bond portfolios. Prior to joining Tokio Millennium Re, Kathleen spent the majority of her 20 years in the industry broking insurance and reinsurance into the US, London and Bermuda markets as well as developing captive insurance companies.

Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University and an Associate in Reinsurance designation (ARe).
